Your one-on-one sessions will take place outdoors or at EspacoPT in Oerias. Whether you're aiming to elevate your performance or simply want to focus on your health and fitness, I’m here to help you achieve your goals.
Here’s What the Process Looks Like:
60-Minute Consultation: During this video call, your coach will get to know you—your goals, training experience, and lifestyle habits. We’ll identify any obstacles and determine the optimal training schedule for you.
Assessment: You’ll perform various movements and tests to identify your current skill level, establishing a baseline for your strength and endurance.
Individualized Programming & Nutrition: Based on your assessment, your coach will create a customized training plan tailored to your needs. We’ll also provide lifestyle and nutrition protocols to ensure your recovery is on point.
Remote Coaching: For those who prefer or require distance training, we offer remote coaching options. You’ll receive personalized workout plans, video demonstrations, and ongoing support through our online platform, ensuring you stay on track no matter where you are.
Regular Check-ins: Every 4-6 weeks, we’ll meet to review, refine, and discuss your progress.
Testing Phases: As needed, we’ll conduct testing phases to track your progress and adjust your program for continued success.
