Individualized remote coaching to reach your fitness Goals
351 Fitness remote coaching is unlike any other. Not only will you receive your monthly training program based on your fitness goals. You get a video review and technique analysis on every single workout you do.
I will give you every tool you need to become the strongest version of yourself. All questions you have will be answered, this is an opportunity for you to put your training in the hands of a coach who truly cares for his clients and has walked the walk.
How it works
STEP 1 - Fitness Consultation Call - During your 60-minute video call I will get to know you, your goals, training experience, and lifestyle habits to identify obstacles that may hold you back, and determine an optimal training schedule.
STEP 2 - Assessment - You’ll perform various movements and tests to identify your current skill level and establish your baseline level of strength and endurance.
STEP 3 - Individualized Programming & Nutrition - Your coach will use your assessment to put together your first block of training. This makes sure your program gives you precisely what you need. As well as work inside the gym, lifestyle and nutrition protocols will be laid out for you so you know your recovery is on point.
STEP 4 - Weekly check-ins - Throughout the 4 weeks, you will communicate with your me through the CoachRx app. You can post videos to workouts, get feedback, DM your coach, and have access to our training video library.

I will review your application and get back to you to let you know if you've been approved for a commitment-free, four-week trial, where you can experience the benefits of a personalized fitness program. Once approved, we will schedule a consultation call to discuss the next steps.
