Josh is the best personal trainer! I've not looked back since starting with him and would recommend him to anyone. I always have soo much fun doing his workouts! They are dynamic and different every time and he makes us feel great by being so kind and encouraging. He helps us reach our personal fitness goals with specific targeted exercises and I've definitely been feeling more and more strong and capable.
