Mom Strong is a program built just for moms who want to feel strong, confident, and energised again all the while juggling the chaos of motherhood. It’s about more than workouts. It’s about rebuilding your body safely, reconnecting with your core, and surrounding yourself with other moms who get it. You’ll train in small group sessions where every class is tailored for pre- and postnatal needs, with the option to add 1:1 coaching for extra focus.

Classes run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12:30pm in Parque Fitness da Feitoria .
