Online Performance Coaching

Train anywhere with full support and structure.

Hybrid Performance Coaching (UK)

The best of both worlds: online structure + in-person coaching.

This isn’t “turn up, get shouted through a workout, go home, repeat.”

It’s individualised coaching, which means:

  • Your plan is built around your life, not the other way round.
    We look at your schedule, stress, sleep, injuries, training history and goals, then design something you can actually stick to.

  • We’re thinking beyond your next session.
    You’re not just paying for an hour in the gym – you’re getting a structured plan for your week, progression over months, and someone tracking the bigger picture for you.

  • Everything is tailored and updated.
    If work explodes, the baby’s not sleeping, or your knee starts talking to you, your plan changes. We don’t force you through a template.

  • You get coaching between sessions, not just during.
    Check-ins, form reviews, adjustments and questions are handled through the week so you’re never guessing what to do when you train alone.

  • The goal is independence, not dependence.
    Over time, you’ll understand why you’re doing what you’re doing – so you can walk into any gym or training phase with confidence, not confusion.

Hybrid Personal Training

Hybrid combines online coaching with strategic in-person sessions. All hybrid options include my Foundation online coaching plus in-person sessions at key points in your plan

FAQs

  • No. I coach both beginners and experienced lifters. We start from where you are now, not where you “should” be

  • Programming is rehab- and pain-aware. We’ll work around limitations, build capacity and, where helpful, coordinate with other professionals you’re seeing.

  • Online includes individualised programming, check-ins, video feedback and support. Hybrid includes all of that plus regular in-person sessions in London for hands-on movement and technique work.

  • Yes. You can extend from Foundation to Performance or Elite, or review your plan if your situation changes.

  • I’ll review your answers, and if it looks like a good fit, I’ll invite you to a short 20–30 minute Zoom call. On that call we’ll clarify your goals, pick the right track and format, and if we’re both happy, we’ll get your start date booked.
