I truly believe that principled-based approaches to fitness which are, movement, strength, and nutrition, are key to unlocking your fitness goals. My experience of playing a variety of sports and training discipline led to me making the decision to get my personal training certification so I could use my love for sports and fitness to help others grow and achieve success with their physical and mental health. Since gaining my certification I have developed my own unique style of principled-based coaching that brings out the best in all of my clients
Over my career, working with people in a personal training setting taught me so much about humans and how from birth to our path as an adult we try to navigate outside ourselves instead of through ourselves. Our interaction with the environment during our navigation shows us how resilient the body can become. After years of working in the industry, I have witnessed the amazing power of training and its profound influence on our immediate environment which we have a tendency to overlook.
Fitness should be inclusive and empowering and my goal is to make you feel strong resolve pain and injury, surpass limitations, become more resilient, and feel your best.
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer Level 3
Certified Pre/Post Natal Trainer
Certified Kettlebell Coach
Certified Physical Preparation Specialist (CPPS) Level 1
