Our 21-day challenge gives you the chance to see our unique approach to getting fit. You’ll get to know the team and our community, without any long-term commitment.
It includes:
1:1 movement screening & optional body composition: Every fitness journey needs a starting point. This is yours. We take time to assess your mobility, agility, and fitness. Then, develop a program to help you excel.
Unlimited small-group personal training sessions (45mins): Our SGPT classes combine high-quality coaching that focuses on what you need to get ahead and get results, with the added motivation of a fun class dynamic.
Support with lifestyle management and nutrition planning: Discover the best way to power your fitness journey and how to transform your health and wellbeing, in and out of the gym.
No commitment or long-term tie-ins.

Standards are important to us; our intake capacity is limited, We only release 6 trials per month to maintain the quality and attention to each new member to ensure both current and new clients receive the very best care.

We want to give you the best possible experience. To get you off to the perfect start, see where you’re at, and discuss any specific goals or concerns, we’ll give you a personalised evaluation. This includes a movement screening and an optional body composition measurement. It will also allow us to get to know you and help you get the most out of your training. You can then look forward to 3x SGPT sessions, 1x Personal Training session, 1x Fitness Assessment and a warm welcome to the 351 Fitness Collective

Sessions will take place outdoors at Outdoor Gym

Don’t we all! We totally understand and appreciate that you may be carrying some previous injury history, so don’t worry. We can discuss, assess and make a plan to manage this together.
Our aim is to make sure you feel comfortable and confident, even if that means we need to proactively adapt some movements, or add some corrective exercise.

Perfect for us! We absolutely love being able to support our member community, no matter what level or experience you have. You may have not been keen on sports at school, or maybe you’ve taken up fitness later in life?
We’re firm believers that “age ain’t nothing but a number”, and we’re here to support your journey.

Not every day needs to be a training day. We believe in a sustainable approach to training, and rest days are truly a big part of the process.
If you sign up to the challenge and know that you will be unavailable for a portion of the 21 days, let us know, and we may be able to extend it for you – so you can still get the most out of your experience.

Hell no! What does strong really mean? Foundry is not just about building physical strength; it’s about mental strength too – the strength to start a challenge, the strength to turn up, the strength not to quit when the going gets tough, the strength to tell your coach to do one when he asks for two more reps!!!

If it’s raining, a decision will be made 1 hour before the class starts time and I will communicate this directly to you. If a class is canceled due to exceptionally bad weather or any other reason, your class will be credited back to you.

After successfully completing a new workout routine over your 21 days, you’ll have the opportunity to continue your new found momentum and motivation, and become a fully-fledged member of 351 Fitness.

Monday 9:30am and 4:00pm, Tuesday 6:00am, Wednesday 9:30am and 4:00pm, Thursday 6:00am and Friday 9:30am
