Hybrid Coaching blends online coaching with in-person Friday sessions at Rep Studio, 37–38 Margaret St, London W1G 0JF. You get a personalised 12-week programme, weekly online check-ins, video feedback on your lifts, and targeted in-person sessions to assess, refine, and accelerate progress. Programming is rehab- and pain-aware where needed, with Mon–Fri WhatsApp support so you’re never left guessing.
Online Coaching
Online Coaching is fully remote, built for people who want expert guidance from anywhere. About Josh Aremu
I believe fitness should be principled, purposeful, and personal. My coaching is built on three core foundations: movement, strength, and nutrition—applied through a system that’s tailored to your body, goals, and life.
My background in sports gave me early insight into discipline, resilience, and performance. That passion evolved into a career helping others move better, feel stronger, and live well through a principled-based coaching system I’ve refined over the years.
Through working with hundreds of clients—from new mums to high-performing professionals—I’ve seen the body’s ability to adapt, recover, and transform. I’ve also learned that fitness is more than sets and reps—it’s about building a life of capability, confidence, and freedom.
I’m certified in NASM Level 3, CPPS Level 1, and pre/post-natal training, with specialized expertise in kettlebell and suspension systems. I’m also currently completing OPEX Fitness and Precision Nutrition Level 1 to further expand the depth of support I offer.
