You’ll go through a Complete Fitness Assessment — along with a brief lifestyle check — so we can identify priorities, tailor your training precisely, and track progress consistently over time.
From there, your coaching develops the pillars that drive lasting change.
Movement comes first: we rebuild how you breathe, brace, and control fundamental patterns so you move better, feel better, and train without fear. This isn’t “mobility for the sake of it”—it’s improving the quality of your movement so training feels smoother, safer, and more effective, and your body holds up under real-life demands.
Next is Strength—the foundation for performance, health, and longevity. Your training is designed to make you stronger in the most efficient, repeatable way possible, whether you want to lift heavier, build muscle, improve stamina, or simply feel more capable day to day. Strength isn’t only for athletes; it’s for busy professionals, parents, and anyone who wants a body that performs consistently, resists injury, and shows up when life is demanding.
Finally, we support the work with Nutrition, Recovery, and Lifestyle—because results come from what you do consistently, not what you do perfectly. You’ll learn how to eat for your goals based on your lifestyle and training load (without extremes), and where appropriate, you’ll receive clear macro targets. Hybrid coaching combines the structure of online programming with strategic in-person sessions—so you get flexibility and hands-on coaching where it matters most. Every Hybrid option includes my 12-week Foundation Strength & Performance programme, with in-person sessions placed at key points in your plan to sharpen technique, assess progress, and keep results moving.
Hybrid Foundation
For people who train mostly on their own but want expert oversight and guidance. Includes the 12-week Foundation Strength & Performance programme plus one in-person session each quarter for a comprehensive technique check and programme tune-up—ideal if you want clear structure, practical direction, and greater confidence without the need for frequent face-to-face sessions.
Hybrid Performance
For people who want more support and greater consistency. Includes the Foundation Strength & Performance programme plus two in-person sessions per quarter for regular technique tune-ups, extra accountability, and faster course-corrections when life, stress, or training loads change.

“Measurable progress” is agreed upfront based on your goal — for example improved strength numbers, a clear body composition trend, better work capacity, improved movement quality, or moving with less pain and more confidence.
